Pneumatic Tank Vacuums

Spillrite CA manufactures a wide range of tank Vacuums designed to make the removal of waste easy and help prevent worker injury.

Description

30 gallon (110 litre) tank and 52 gallon (200 litre) tanks

The two vacuum tanks above are manyufactured out of alloy so they are light weight and rust proof. Ideal for the recovery of fluids and dry waste. The units can be fitted with forklift tines. All Spillrite vacuum tanks are reinforced and the deisgns have been proven and tested over 13 years.

Spillrite can custom manufacture a vacuum tank to your specifications. They can be a capture tank combo with cyclone or have a power head fitted to the tank itself.

A 30 gallon (110 litre) cyclone tank fitted with forklift tines. This unit is designed to be attached to a drum vacuum power unit.

The wet and dry version is below

Hopper 690 Pneumatic air powered industrial vacuum system – reverse filter clean

This industrial air operated version of the Hopper 690 comes in 4 compressed air configurations. 100 cfm right up to the Ultra powerful 260 cfm. This unit can be used for all wet and dry waste with immense power.

The power of this system comes from the pneumatic powerhead which supplies compressed air to the twin or triple venturi’s that are sitting attached to the alloy steel lid under the yellow silencer hood. The sound signature is between 89-95dB depending on the internal baffles uses. The more power required the thinner the baffles used which slightly increases the sound signature.

The reverse filter cleaning can be activated by disconnectiing the power hose from the HPV690 vac inlet to the reverse filer clean inlet. Then attaching the compressed air line to the second (yellow) air fitting and then turning the ball valve. This supplies compressed air into the reverse jets that blast compressed air through the filter from the inside.

The unique design of the reverse venturi’s means that the drum cannot over pressurize when in reverse mode. Pressure is released though the throat of the ventuirs and the exhaust ports.
